Photoshoot: Paint the Town Red

The lovely Meredith Akins, freshman at UT, is quite the fashionista with hopes of moving to NYC to work in fashion upon graduation. AKA: We're soul sisters. Loved raiding her closet for this shoot and discussing all things NY!!! Can't wait to hopefully help her find an internship :)

This shoot was focused on a "girls night out", if you will. First off, I chose a classic cat eye and loose waves. Simple but sexy. The detailing on the trim of the jacket and the rouching on the sleeve took this black jacket to a whole new level, and I'm loving that pointy toe pumps are making a major comeback. Pop of color, layered necklaces, and a killer ring pulls it all together.
